Project Overview
A period residence reworked for contemporary life while preserving its original architectural character.
The residence retained exceptional bones — tall ceilings, generous window openings, original plaster detail — inside a plan that no longer suited the household. The renovation reorganised the ground floor around light and circulation while restoring the details worth keeping.
Scope
- Full ground-floor reconfiguration

The Challenge
Original mouldings and floor levels varied throughout the house, and the rear rooms received almost no daylight.
The LUXE Solution
A new structural opening reconnected the kitchen to the garden elevation. Profiles were milled to match existing runs, and floors were levelled and rewoven so the new work reads as original.
